Sheriff R.N. ‘Butch” Reece has been proudly serving the citizens of Jones County since 1971, when he first became a Patrol Deputy. Sheriff Reece began his first term as Sheriff in 1981, and has been serving in that post ever since. Sheriff Reece is dedicated to the community and committed to maintaining honesty and integrity both personally and throughout the department.
